FOOD FOR YOU ESPECIALLY  began in 2007 when I was having difficulty finding fresh baked gluten free food that I could trust as a coeliac.  After being diagnosed I had many lunches that consisted of a handful of nuts and a piece of fruit or a salad, not that this is all bad but I was looking for a little more variety and the convenience that I was used to.  I started baking a small range of products at home and supplying coffee shops and cafes until the demand outgrew my home kitchen.

 

So, in 2009 my husband joined me and we opened our exclusively gluten free bakery on Walkerville Terrace. Our menu has grown and now includes a range of pastries, cakes and biscuits and fresh baked bread. We make everything by hand, which means lots of hard work but you can taste the difference. Call in for lunch or stay for a coffee and cake.

 

Our bakery offers fresh, great tasting gluten free food that is created using locally sourced produce. We believe that gluten free food should look and taste so good that everyone will enjoy it. We would love to see you and we are sure that once you try our products you will be back!
